- Communications — the content of messages, estimate requests, or inquiries you send us via our website contact form, email, or SMS/text message.
- Payment information — billing details collected at the time of service. We do not store full payment card numbers; transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant processors.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Log data — IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, and referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small data files placed on your device to remember preferences and analyze site traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may not function properly if you do.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. SMS and Phone Communications
CarPro Auto Body & Paint may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to the mobile phone number you provide, for the following purposes:

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting an estimate request or contact form on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from CarPro Auto Body & Paint at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Transactional messages are sent only as needed in connection with your vehicle repair. Promotional messages, if opted into, are sent no more than four times per month.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CarPro Auto Body & Paint does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts, except as required by law. To opt back in, reply START.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (Where Applicable)
Where required by applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state privacy laws), we process your personal information on the following legal bases:

Vehicle repair records may be retained for up to seven years in accordance with standard business and tax record-keeping practices. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four years.

These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure storage practices.
